They actually fixed the draenei female back in Warlords, it is not exaggerated now. Today's model, believe it or not they have a realistic pose, there's actual girls like that IRL.
Orcs have needed their hunch fixed since forever ago, they have no real reason to be hunched other than the fact that Orcs are normally perceived as big dumb oafs until the past decade.
If Orcs are getting straight backs then we should be able to make our gnomes hunched over! I demand smaller gnomes with bad posture, Quasimodo style lol
